中国通信杂志论文格式要求：
①题名以不超过20个字为宜。题名应该避免使用不常见的缩略词、首字母缩写字、字符、代号和公式等。另外，如果为系列论文、题名语意未尽，可用副题名补充说明论文中特定内容。
②每篇参考文献，要求注明在文章中的使用位置；参考文献，必须方便读者查找，至少要能找得到，一般包括作者名、文献名及文献出处三个部分。
③作者投稿，请用写明姓名、工作单位、通信地址、邮政编码、联系电话、电子信箱。
④数字：公历世纪、年代、年月日、时刻、图表的序号用阿拉伯数字；年份不能简写；５位以上数字以“万”“亿”作单位；根据需要，小数位不超过三位（含）。
⑤凡来稿在接到本刊回执后3个月内未收到稿件处理通知者，系仍在审阅中。
