中国海洋大学学报·自然科学版杂志论文格式要求：
①文稿标题层次用阿拉伯数字分级编号，如1级标题用 1……，2级标题用1.1……，余类推。通常设2至3级，不超过4级。文内标题力求简短，一般不超过15个字。
②摘要:论著性文章需附中、英文摘要，中文摘要400字以内，英文摘要250个实词左右。摘要包括目的、方法、结果、结论4部分，各部分冠以相应的标题，摘要采用第三人称撰写。英文摘要还应包括文题、文中所有作者姓名（汉语拼音）、单位名称、所在城市及邮政编码，其后加列国名。
③注释主要指释义性注释，是对正文中某一特定内容的进一步解释或补充说明。
④图表每篇文稿附表一般不超过4 个。表题置表的上方，表注置表的下方。一般使用三线表（即顶线、表头线、底线），如有合计项，可以加一条分界栏线。
⑤来稿应包括题目、摘要、关键词、正文和参考文献，正文标题和序号可分若干层（一、⋯⋯（一）⋯⋯1.⋯⋯（1）⋯⋯）。参考文献著录采用“顺序编码”制。
